Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2.Though the prayer sought for in this writ petition is for issuance of writ of Certiorari, this Court, on 27.04.2019, directed the petitioner to submit all the details before the authorities. Accordingly, today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as directed by this Court, the petitioner submitted a fresh representation before the respondent along with materials.

3.In such view of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
