: Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made in his agricultural land situated in Survey No.344/1 and 298/3 of Melaperunkarai Village, Perunkarai Panchayat, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapurm District and thereby direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.2 lakhs as compensation for the damages they have caused in his agricultural land and agricultural produce in implementing the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) Project in Perunkarai Village Road (i.e. from NH-87 to Palacherry Road) of the third respondent Panchayat Union within the time thay may be stipulated by this Court.
