ORDER

This revision has been filed to set aside the order passed by the first respondent, bearing No.Nil, dated 15.12.2020 and to release the petitioner from Central Prison, Palayamkottai. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that for violation of the conditions stipulated in the bond executed under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. in M.C.No.49 of 2020, the petitioner was found guilty under Section 122 (1)(b) of Cr.P.C and was sentenced to prison till 04.10.2021. The said period was already over. Therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

Crl.R.C(MD)No.210 of 2021 3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
