O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the brother of one Diccot Jackson, who was running an Educational Institution at Virudhunagar and there are some issues regarding running the Educational Institution. Thereby, the third respondent used to call the petitioner for enquiry, who is no way connect with the institution. Therefore the petitioner sent a representation to the respondent police and the same has not been

considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, enquiry has been conducted and it is found that the petitioner is no way connected with that case. He would further submit that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition.
