O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.11565 of 2018 dated 06.09.2019, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.The order passed in the Writ Court directing the respondents to conduct an inspection and pass an order has been complied with. The Tahsildar in his counter affidavit has stated that they have conducted an inspection on 30.10.2019 and found three iron pillars encroaching the Nilaviyal Pathai, which was removed. The said counter also states that there are no other obstructions for the free walk of the public. As such the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as wilful in nature. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
