This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and the surveyor for measuring the property in R.S.No.99/2A/4 situated at Door No.20, Venkatachalapuram 3rd Road, Thirupparankundram, Madurai Town.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
