ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the time scale pay of Rs.4800-10000+GP 1300 to the petitioner, on par with the similarly placed persons as per G.O.(Ms)No.232, Home(Police 15) Department, dated 02.04.2018 granting all service and monetary benefits payable to the petitioner with reasonable rate of interest as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeking time scale of pay on par with the similarly placed persons as per G.O.Ms.No.232, dated 02.04.2018, the petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted a representation dated 05.02.2019 and the same is pending without any consideration. Hence, this Writ Petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that no such representation has been received by the respondents so far. However, she submitted that if the petitioner submits a copy of the representation, the same would be considered by the respondents on merits.

5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation dated 05.02.2019 along a with copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the same shall be considered by the respondent authorities and appropriate orders be passed, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
