ORDER

The petitioners, who stand accused Nos.1 to 4 of offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., seek quash of the proceedings in Crime No.73 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, a Memo of Compromise has been filed, entered into on 20.03.2015 between the petitioners and the second respondent/de-facto complainant. The petitioners and the second respondent/de-facto complainant are present before this Court and they have admitted the compromise https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

entered into between them. The second respondent/de-facto complainant has also filed an affidavit to that effect.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court accepts the compromise signed by both the parties viz., the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and the second respondent/de-facto complainant as well as their respective counsel. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.73 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent shall stands quashed. The memo of compromise and the affidavit shall form part of the records.
