For Petitioners : Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian (In All Crl.O.Ps) For Respondents : Mr.K.Anbarasan Government Advocate (Crl.side) (In All Crl.O.Ps) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the proceedings pending against the petitioners in Crime Nos.52 of 2015, 816 of 2014 and 674 of 2014 respectively.

2. Though larger prayer has been sought for by the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it would suffice, common charge sheet is filed covering all the three F.I.Rs as the issues are common.

3. Considering the said submission, the first respondent is directed to considering filing of common charge sheet, if in his opinion it would be just and proper to do so. With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitioners are closed.
