Advocate (Crl.side) in all Crl.O.P.s C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested in more than one case and the petitioner is unable to furnish separate sureties for each bail. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be allowed to furnish common sureties for all the cases.

2. This is a reasonable request. Therefore, the orders passed by the courts below are modified. The petitioner is permitted to produce common sureties for all the cases. The petitioner is directed to report before Tirunelveli Taluk Police Station every day at 6.30.p.m. The petitioner shall not apply for relaxation till the conclusion of all the criminal cases. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will abide all the conditions.

3. Recording his undertaking modification is given. Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of.
