ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner wants the respondent to carry out survey and measurement in respect of the petition mentioned lands. The petitioner's counsel asserts that there is no rival claim. 3.Taking note of the said submission, the respondent is directed to conclude the survey exercise within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the respondent encounters any resistance or opposition and if any other legal impediment crops up, the respondent shall relegate the petitioner to move appropriate civil Court.
4.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
