This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.08.2017.

2. The petitioner has given a complaint as against the some individuals for taking some money from the petitioner under threat. Though this complaint was given on 09.08.2017, it is stated that no action was taken. The petitioner's compliant disclose cognizable offence and therefore, case can be registered as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari Case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a

direction to the respondent police to register the case, in case, the respondent is satisfied that the averments made in the complaint are bonafide.
