(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 549 days in representing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Services Authority attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
