O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.292 of 2014 to any other competent officer other than the 2nd respondent herein under the supervision of the 1st respondent. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents. 3.The petitioner is defacto complainant herein. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 is inclined more toward accused person and inspite of lapse of one year no progress has been made in the investigation.

4.In the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent it has been stated that the petitioner is not cooperating for the investigation by producing the relevant documents.

5.This Court is not inclined to go into the nature of allegations and counter allegations. It is suffice to transfer the investigation in view of loss of confidence, the petitioner has. 6.Accordingly, respondent No.1 is directed to transfer the investigation to any other competent officer under his jurisdiction within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
