O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the false complaint given by the defacto complaint.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.260 of 2018 under Sections 406, 420, 506 (ii) and 34 IPC and the investigation is pending in the hands of the second respondent police. In the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent shows that the respondent police did not harass the petitioner as stated in the affidavit. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the respondent police to investigate in the manner known to law.
