ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents Police. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reports that as against the second petitioner a case in Crime No.71 of 2018 has been registered and the first petitioner is the sister of the second petitioner and investigation is pending.

5.Under such circumstances, once regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
