When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate pointed out that the petitioner is having as many as five previous cases of the same nature to his credit. 2.Therefore, I am not inclined to exercise my discretionary jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Ofcourse, it is open to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Magistrate for relief. No costs.
