O R D E R
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.11 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
