Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the first respondents will dispose of the petition mentioned petition within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondents shall issue notices to the contesting respondents herein.
