2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Madurai, in which the petitioner's name has been deleted.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
