PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.1818 of 2014 dated 26.03.2014.

This criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.1818 of 2014 dated 26.03.2014.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial has been commenced in Cr.M.P.No.1818 of 2014 and posted the matter for Judgment on 18.09.2018. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
