The above petition is filed by the petitioner seeking dispensation of the production of the certified copy of the charge sheet in Spl.CC.No.12/2023 on the file of the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Tirunelveli, pending disposal of the Original Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the production of the certified copy of the charge sheet in Spl.CC.No.12/2023 is dispensed with for the present.
