PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR39771 of 2017 :

Memorandum of Grounds of Civil Revision Petition against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 21.04.2017 in I.A.No.75 of 2017 in O.S.No.187 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Srivaikundam.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking to condone the delay of 120 days in re-presenting the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P(MD).No.SR39771 of 2017.

cost.

3.In the result, this petition will be allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee by the petitioner on or before 10.04.2018. 4.On production of cost memo by the petitioner, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if the papers are other wise in order and post the matter.
