ORDER

This revision has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul to dispose of the suit in E.P. No. 92 of 2019 in R.C.O.P. No. 13 of 2018, within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. Since this petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the case no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The revision petitioner has filed HRCOP.No.13 of 2018 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul and the same was decreed ex parte on 14.08.2019 and thereafter, the petitioner has filed execution petition in E.P.No.92 of 2019 and the same is pending for the past three years without any progress. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the case.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now, the case is pending before the Additional District Munsif, Dindigul.

5. Since the Execution Petition is pending from 2019, this Court is inclined to direct the Additional District Munsif, Dindigul to dispose of E.P.No.92 of 2019, pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
