O R D E R

The order of the writ Court was to consider the petitioner's representation. Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 25.08.2022, in W.P.(MD)No.19643 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, had produced a copy of the proceedings of the Assistant Commissioner dated 20.02.2023, whereby that the petitioner's representation was rejected.

3. In view of this order passed, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as wilful disobedience. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, liberty is granted to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
