This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Crime No.376 of 2016 pending investigation on the file of the respondent Police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit on instructions that the final report has already been preferred and he is hopeful that the respondent will see to it and that the same will be taken on file within a period of two weeks.
3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
