ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent in on-line application Numbers in TN-5202311017362, TN-5202311017351, dated 18.11.2023 and consequently, direct the second respondent to issue Hindu-Kattu Naickan (ST) Community Certificate by considering the Hindu-Kattu Naickan (ST) Community Certificate No.Ni.Mu.A3/439/2002, dated 29.09.2023 issued by the second respondent in favour of the petitioner and his own brother namely Mahendran, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

According to the petitioner, in respondent of the petitioner, he has already obtained the Hindu-Kattu Naickan(ST) Community Certificate and now, he made on-line applications for issuance of Community Certificate to his children. The said applications were returned. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that if the petitioner furnishes all the relevant certificates including the community certificate of the petitioner's parents and grant parents and re-submits the application, the same will be considered without any further delay.

In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to re-submit the on-line applications with all the relevant documents as stated above within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, it is for the authorities concerned to consider the same for issuance of community certificate to the children of the petitioner without any further delay. 3/5
