When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State informed this Court that earlier, the petition enquiry was conducted and the petitioners herein had given some undertaking. But in this criminal original petition, there is no reference to the said developments. 3.Since the petitioners herein have not approached the Court with clean hands, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners herein. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, accordingly.
