[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.P.Puhazh Gandhi, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and we have expressed that the affidavit is bereft of particulars and absolutely vague and equally the representation made by the the learned Counsel for the petitioner and therefore, we are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ __________

W.P.(MD)No.5784 of 2021 not inclined to entertain the writ petition with this averments.

2. Having expressed so, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action setting out the facts and circumstances fully and elaborately.

3. In the light of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty sought for is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
