ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.87 of 2010 on the file of II Additional District Court, Tirunelveli.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. Sole submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner stands arrayed as accused, when his name does not find place in the charge sheet, without conducting identification parade. It is the further submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that none of 161(3) statements of witnesses in the case implicated the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submits that owing to the abscondance of the petitioner, the case against him stands split up and numbered as S.C.No.87 of 2010 and non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner.

5.In view of the above, finding no merits, this Criminal original Petition shall stand dismissed.
