ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to approve the appointment of G.Ebansily as P.G.
Assistant (Economics) in the petitioner's school with effect from the date of appointment, that is, on 13.06.2017 with all attendant benefits within a stipulated time that may be prescribed in this Court by considering the proposal submitted by the petitioner dated 09.03.2018.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner appointed one G.Ebansily as P.G.Assistant (Economics) with effect from 13.06.2017 and subsequently, sent a proposal dated 09.03.2018 seeking approval of the said appointment to the fourth respondent. However, the same has not been considered so far. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this Writ Petition.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the proposal submitted by the petitioner would be considered by the respondents, on merits, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner dated 09.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
