Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioners' herein for the post of Junior Inspector of Sericulture on the basis qualification of 10th SSLC with Sericulture Experience based on the certificate verification dated 17.10.2017 and based on reply of information officer letter dated 08.03.2019 according to law. ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the name of the petitioners herein for the post of Junior Inspector of Sericulture on the basis of qualification of SSLC with Sericulture Experience and also based on the certificate verification, dated 17.10.2017 and the reply of the information officer's letter, dated 08.03.2019.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. Though the learned Counsel for the petitioners claimed that the petitioners had submitted all the required documents, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no such pleadings in the affidavit and no such representation is enclosed in the typed set of papers.

4. In view of the submissions, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioners are permitted to submit a copy of the representation enclosing all the necessary documents to the respondent authorities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the same shall be considered by the respondent authorities, on the basis of the certificate verification conducted on 17.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
