3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not appear before the respondent police as per the order passed by this Court, dated 09.02.2018, in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.1572 of 2018, on account of her ill-health. Therefore, she seeks to condone her absence.
