ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 22.01.2026 in CRL.O.P.(MD).No. 1076 of 2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.1076 of 2026 on 22.01.2026, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the conditions for nearly 30 days.
4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.1076 of 2026 on 22.01.2026 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. 06.03.2026 pal 2/4
