No. 1986 of 2016 by order dated 04.03.2016 and to pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PON SENTHIL KUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.Jeyakumar, Special Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

As the petitioner has failed to appear before the trial Court as per the condition imposed by this Court, the petitioner has filed this petition.

The learned special Public Prosecutor fairly conceded that the petitioner failed to appear only once.

Hence, this petition is allowed. The absence of the petitioner before the Trial Court, is condoned.
