This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to give permission and adequate police protection for conducting Orchestra-Aadal Padal Programme on 03.04.2018 respectively in connection with "Theemithi" Thiruvizha celebration of "Arulmigu Sri ManthaiammanKovil Temple" situated at Kamayagoundanpatty Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District based upon the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.It seen from the records that the programme is scheduled to be held on 03.04.2018 (today) itself, therefore, this Court cannot give any direction as sought for in the petition. It is open to the petitioner to approach the respondent herein and thereafter, the respondents shall consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation and pass appropriate orders in the light of the order passed by this Court dated 24.07.2017, in WP(MD)No.13517 of 2017.
