2. The petitioner alleges that the private respondents herein are interfering with the petitioner's right to administer "Kutchanur Mohaiden Andavar Jumma Mosque". The petitioner has given representation dated 15.05.2020 in this regard. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.4469 of 2020 2.The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents would point out that the private respondents herein have been duly elected in an election, supervised by the Wakf Board Officials and that in view of the filing of this writ petition, orders have not been passed by the Board.

3.Taking note of this, the Board is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
