ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent herein to file the final report for crime No.358 of 2022 registered before the respondent police station within a time.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police after completing the investigation has filed charge sheet and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.247 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
