2.In view of the same, Crl.O.P.NO.551 of 2015 is dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the above said facts consequently Crl.O.P.No.3283 of 2014 is also closed.Conseqently the connected MPs are also enclosed. 4.Further more, this Court cannot go into inter se dispute between the petitioner in both the cases. However, liberty is given to the parties to work out remedy in the manner known to law by filing appropriate petitions.
