ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the official respondents are not harassing the petitioner, as alleged. He would further submit that based on the complaint, enquiry was conducted and a case has been registered in Crime No.27 of 2017, against the petitioner and others, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 447, 294(b) & 506(ii) IPC and Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992, before the Thiruvattar Police Station, Kanyakumari District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
