ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the orders passed in Cr.M.P.No.18 of 2014, dated 07.02.2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court (Land Grabbing Cases), Theni.

2.The case was listed on two occasions, viz., 07.04.2014 and 03.06.2014, respectively and on request, adjourned. On perusal of records, it shows that till today, the matter has not been admitted and no notice was ordered to the respondents. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with this matter. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is present and simply seeks adjournment. 3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
