Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and determine the boundaries of the petitioner's land in Survey No.13/1 (T.S.No. 51/1A1A), Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, under Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the 1/3

petitioner's land in Survey No.13/1 (T.S.No.51/1A1A) at Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, under Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the survey has already been conducted and the boundaries have also been demarcated. The written instructions received in this regard from the first respondent/Tahsildar, Sattur Taluk, was also placed before this Court.
