ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioner to Sri Ramapuram, Panchayat Union Elementary School, Genguvarpatti, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, taking into account the health reasons. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that citing health reasons, the petitioner, requesting transfer from her present place of work to Sri Ramapuram, Panchayat Union Elementary School, Genguvarpatti, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, sent representations to the respondents. However, she has not been given any transfer till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents would address the grievance of the petitioner and pass orders on merits. 5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.03.2019 and 15.04.2019 on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
