In view of the order passed in W.P.(MD)Nos.13308, 13309 and 13310 of 2019, the recovery proceedings initiated which are impugned in this writ petition, passed by the respondent in his proceedings in Ref.No. 57000477560000101/CP/214670/67/17 dated 16.09.2019, is not sustainable and the same is set aside.
