This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceeding initiated by the 1st respondent under Section 145 Cr.P.C vide his proceeding dated 15.03.2014 in Na.Ka.No.7112/2013(A1) and to set aside the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting investigation, the case was closed on 19.03.2014. Hence, the prayer sought for in the criminal original petition has become infructuous.
