PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay compensation for loss of cow due to the electrocution of the second respondent's premises by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2024. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to pay compensation for loss of cow due to the electrocution by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2024.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that with regard to the aforesaid relief, the petitioner had already given a representation to the respondents on 05.01.2024. Since the said 2/5

representation remains unconsidered, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

3.Learned Counsels appearing for the respective respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2024, within a period of six [6] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
