This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order, dated 08.12.2021 made in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.73 of 2019, on the file of the District Munsif, Thiruppuvanam.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit itself was dismissed by the trial Court on merits and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.
3. In view of the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
