For Respondent : Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.(MD).No.57 of 2026 in Crl.OP(MD)No.21701 of 2025 dated 06.01.2026 .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.(MD).No.57 of 2026 in Crl.OP(MD)No.21701 of 2025 dated 06.01.2026, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
