ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking, for a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2018, in the light of G.O.Ms.No. 151, Social Welfare and Noon Meal Scheme Department, dated 16.10.2008. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By

Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that requesting to regularise his services in the post of B.T.Assistant, by relying upon GO.Ms.No.151, Social Welfare and Noon Meal Scheme Department, dated 16.10.2008, he sent a representation to the respondents on 08.11.2018. The respondents have not considered the said representation. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents would consider the claim of the petitioner and pass orders on merits. 5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of GO.Ms.No.151, Social Welfare and Noon Meal Scheme Department Dated 16.10.2008 and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
