ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to submit her application for the post of SubInspector of Police in pursuance of the notification No.2 of 2019, dated 08.03.2019, issued by the 1st respondent. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents seeking issuance of No Objection Certificate so as to enable the petitioner to apply to the post of Sub Inspector of Police. Since no order is passed by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders would be passed.

5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2019 and pass necessary orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
